Running is a great form of cardio that keeps you fit and helps to lose weight. Your thighs will be more toned and muscular and will help you get rid of fat naturally. Wall squats work your quadriceps, hamstrings and your butt. Stand with the back facing a wall and lean on it and keep your feet shoulder-width distance apart. Start by sliding down the wall till you reach a chair-like position. Go lower only till your legs are at a right angle position with the floor and hold this position for 30 seconds.
Sit down in a chair, lean forward slightly with arms at your side. Keep your feet on the floor flat. Take a medium-size ball and place it between your legs just above the knees. Hold it there with slight pressure. Try squeezing the ball only with your inner thigh muscles and then release it enough just to hold the ball in its place. Begin with 10 squeezes and work it up to 30.
Leg lifts will tone and strengthen your thigh muscles. Lie down on a mat with your hands flat on your side. Without using the help of your hands, raise your legs slowly till your body forms a right angle with the floor. Try not to bend your knees while doing so. Lower your legs slowly and repeat it again.
