When all of the symptoms are improved or gone, the disease is getting better. Does that mean that you could never get the neuroapthy symptoms again? Well I assume that if you have a genetic predisposition towards an illness, you could always work hard at treating your body very badly until you get sick again. Just like somebody who reversed their type two diabetes with a healthy diet and exercise could switch back to eating junk food and eventually become diabetic again.
I think the real reason you are asking the question is because you are trying to find a reason to say that it is not possible so that you don't have to commit to doing it. The question is not really whether or not the disease will disappear forever, but whether or not you can feel better and be healthier, and the answer is absolutely 100% yes. And yes, many of my clients also reverse all their lab tests as well, and quite a number of them have been told by their endocrinologist that they are no longer diagnosed as having diabetes.
